Money Back Guarantee

If a client feels no benefit what so ever such as no relief from reduction of pain, improved mobility or increased levels of relaxation and energy by participating in a Clinical Qigong Therapy session (at Qi Clinic only)  then they are entitled to a refund at the end of the session by asking prior to leaving the premises.

Keep in mind that majority of cases require 3-6 Clinical Qigong Therapy sessions to bring relief and that this service does not offer a promise of a cure. It also takes up to 24 hours for the results of the session to manifest.

Should a client who has asked for a refund find that the session has in fact benefited them, we ask that they honour and return the fee for the session.

Any clients that request a refund will not be permitted to book future sessions. We happily welcome the return of those clients provided they return the fee for the previous session as it is assumed that the session had in fact made a difference, as the client has returned for further sessions.

All payments regarding Private Intensive Qigong Retreats, Distance Clinical Qigong Therapy Session, Taoist Ziran (Natural) Qigong, Hua Tuo’s Spontaneous Five Animals Play Qigong, Gift of the Tao Qigong, Taoist Shamanism and Taoist Internal Martial Arts are final and do not come with a money back guarantee due to the subjective nature of the sessions.
